Part 3: What is a RESOLVED Leader? Diving into our definition of a RESOLVED Leader (Servant Leader +), we see the first component is our "how" we intentionally focus on the elements of what help us truly lead. True influence comes from integrity and authenticity and these are borne from an alignment of our head (thoughts and attitudes), our feet (actions and behaviors), and our heart (character and who we are). We teach in our Academy that we can LEARN to improve character and who we are as a leader by intentionality, focus, and practice. When we are persistent about how we think and act, we can begin to change our very leadership character. This is a huge step in leading through Resolution and Service. People will follow and be influenced by another when they see this level of commitment to integrity, authenticity, and focus on growth. What do you think?
