Darin is more than just a senior executive; he's an advocate for people. Darin's pursuit of Servant Leadership has been consistent, and it reflects in the way he values integrity, open communication, genuine care, and fervor in every interaction.
Spanning a 34-year career in the U.S. healthcare and technology sectors, Darin has displayed versatility, leading everything from Fortune 50 healthcare branches to start-up software companies. His expertise has touched multiple facets of healthcare, enabling organizations to improve their operational efficiency and engage better with their patients and members.
What makes Darin unique, however, is his unwavering commitment to Servant Leadership. Over the last 12 years, he's not just led organizations to growth but has also nurtured a culture of collaboration and trust. He's put into practice and taught the essence of true leadership. This passion, dedication, and belief in servant leadership laid the foundation for Resolved Leadership Solutions.

Jordan has demonstrated his commitment to Servant Leadership through multiple roles across a variety of industries over the last 16 years. Spending most of his career working in youth and collegiate sports, Jordan has aligned his values of integrity, authenticity, adaptability, and enthusiasm to lead and build athletic programs in the private school sector.
Through his experience as an Athletic Director, a coach, working in sports media, or his time spent in the insurance industry, Jordan credits that the success he’s experienced across multiple industries is rooted in his willingness and desire to learn and his ability to adapt. He has a desire to serve people in their walk as leaders and add value to those that want to create and cultivate a positive culture within their organization.
