Choices and Commitment - Consensus Building Building consensus within our sphere of influence on key and substantial decisions is a critical skill for us to practice and master as Resolved Leaders. It does not mean unanimous agreement or imply voting to generate majority. It simply means engagement and diversity of thought to reach the most solid decision possible, with imperfect information, as we discussed last week. When we have consensus, we have an agreement to implement and be loyal to the direction even if it wasn't our idea or thought.
