Are we really a "family" at work? Part 5 of 5: Teach them. Coach them. Act! Rally! Enable! Now we must drive change. As we have identified our early adopters and rallied our circle of influence, we now must pass it on. As leaders, we are not just responsible, but we are accountable for teaching, coaching and mentoring others to exhort THEIR circle of influence. Servant leadership is a skill that can be learned. It is done through a curious and self-aware mind, and a recognition that we hold influence and have accountability. It all starts here. We can then put things into practice and not wait until we "feel right." As PRAXIS tells us - we are just as (if not more) apt to ACT ourselves into a feeling, as we are to FEEL ourselves into action. Our Leadership Academy does just that.
