Note to Self....February 24, 2025 Sphere of Influence Not to be confused with Covey's Circle of Influence, the RLS Sphere of Influence is focused on our position as leaders and how our actions, behaviors, decisions, and attitudes are all watched by those we lead. A sphere also denotes a 360 degree viewpoint from all sides and angles. We influence people even when we are not aware of it. Staying in the center of our Sphere intentionally and with focus ensures the integrity, morality, and ethics of our influence, allowing people to trust and, ultimately, be inspired.
